What is the Books No Booze Challenge?

Simply put, it is one of the best transformation tools you can use to radically and drastically change your whole life situation.

Do you sometimes feel like life is passing you by?

Do you feel like you’re getting older and older but you haven’t accomplished much of what you really want in life?

Do you sometimes feel like a loser because you wanted to achieve so many things in life and you had so many dreams and yet you have achieved so little?

The average person drinks too much alcohol, reads too few books, and doesn’t achieve their goals

You’re not alone. Research from the University of Scranton says that 92 percent of people don’t achieve their goals. Likewise, the average alcohol consumption  per person is 9.87 litres of pure alcohol per year in the U.S. and 11.4 litres in Europe.

But how much is 10 litres of pure alcohol?

To make it easier to understand just how much 10 litres of pure alcohol is, I designed an infographic for you below. Feel free to share it with whomever you’d like.

The average person aged 15 and over drinks:

  • Around 565 cans of Bud Light beer (12 oz./35m ml) (Best selling beer in the U.S.)
  • or 604 bottles of Stella Artois beer (310 ml) (Best selling beer in Europe)
  • or 99 bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon wine (24.5 oz./750 ml) (Best selling wine in the U.S.)
  • or 33.3 bottles of vodka (24.5 oz./750 ml) in 1 year
  • or 417 bottles of Krombacher Pils 16 oz./500 ml) (Best selling beer in Germany)

That’s on average. Meaning, while for some people it’s less, for others it’s a lot more.

People who are better educated and of higher socioeconomic status are more likely to drink alcohol

I assume that for you it might be more. And the reason is: People who are better educated and of higher socioeconomic status are more likely to drink alcohol, according to new findings of the OECD.

Since you’re reading this article, you most likely belong to the better educated people of at least decent socioeconomic status.

The average person barely reads any non-fiction books

As if drinking too much alcohol wasn’t bad enough for your success, it gets worse. Statistics show that:

  • One-third of high school graduates never read another book for the rest of their lives.
  • 42 percent of college graduates never read another book after college.
  • 80 percent of U.S. families did not buy or read a book last year.

The numbers in Europe are slighter higher, but not much.

The average CEO reads 1 book per week

Unlike the average person who doesn’t read and doesn’t reach their goals, the average CEO makes plenty of time to read. Warren Buffett spends up to 6 hours reading each day, Bill Gates reads 50 books per year, Mark Cuban spends 4 or 5 hours a day reading, and Elon Musk read through 2 books per day, according to his brother.

If some of the busiest, richest, and most successful people in the world all make time for reading you and I should, too!

Take the Books No Booze Challenge for 30 days

Drastically transform your life by taking the Books No Booze Challenge.

Take the Books No Booze Challenge and for the next 30 days commit to not drinking any alcohol and to reading 1 book per week.

The book you read should be geared towards your person goals and help you achieve your deepest dreams and desires.

One book can change the course of your entire life – it did for me – and yet most people never even finish 1 book per year

A single book can change the entire course of your life.

I know that it did for my life. Here are 4 books that radically changed the course of my life and how I see the world:

  • Reading “The Fastlane Millionaire” by MJ DeMarco changed my entire life. It completely changed how I viewed this world with regards to working and earning money.
  • Without this book, you would probably not be reading this article and I would not have started this website
  • Another such book for me is “The $100 Startup: Reinvent the Way You Make a Living, Do What You Love, and Create a New Future” by Chris Guillebeau.
  • This book changed my entire perspective on how you can make a living without working a 9-5 job.
  • The book “The Easy Way to Control Alcohol” by Allen Carr completely shattered my view of how I see alcohol and opened my eyes for the first time to the craziness in our society: Most of our social lives revolve around us pouring poison down our throats.
  • The classic “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill was the first book that really got me hooked on wanting to earn really good money and wanting to become a millionaire. I learned the concept of sexual transmutation from this book, meaning how you (at least try to) channel your sexual energy into your work.

If 1 book has the power to change your life forever think about how 4 books in 30 days together with not poisoning your body with alcohol can steer your life into a whole new, better direction.

30 days from now you may have an entirely different outlook on life and a new-found clarity about your life goals.

I encourage you to take the challenge and to give yourself the chance of what might be the beginning of a new life.

Invest the next 30 days in yourself and sign up for the Books No Booze Challenge.
